1960s Folk singer and songwriter Donovan with singer/songwriter Kirsty McGee in support.

Donovan had an early association with St Ives, as a beatnik in 1962 and 4 years later making an ITV documentary ‘A Boy Called Donovan’ for ITV.

Famous for his songs such as Sunshine Superman, Mellow Yellow, Catch The Wind and Sunny Goodge Street - Donovan was thought of for a time as the British Bob Dylan but went on to carve his own niche in the Country’s popular culture.
